I have a milk tooth that has no adult tooth underneath it, and I have broken the milk tooth. The dentist suggested tooth implant. Is that the right thing to do? How much will it cost?

Rarely some people have retained deciduous teeth. For example though I am a dentist I myself have two retained milk teeth of which one is extracted and replaced by a bridge many years ago. Implant is also an option. Always check from the dentist if the permanent tooth is congenitally absent if so the dentist will assess the vertical dimension if the opposing tooth has not supra erupted into the space u can go for either implant or if u cannot afford go for a bridge.
