As u have a broken tooth which is a weak structure. U need to get root canal n caping done. Visit dentist as a traumatised tooth may cause pus formation and infection. Where do u put up in delhi?

Hi Sr, As there is a hole it may act as a source of spread of infection so based on your tooth condition root canal along with crown is enough.In some cases there is a chance of infectious spread outside the roots in those cases additional procedures may be required

You should visit nearest dentist. It must require RCT followed by crown. But for detailed treatment plan, would require X-ray
