In my opition usually the pain would be caused due to some sort of high point on the bridge. In a less likely scenario the the tooth underlying the bridge could have developed secondary decay.
Next Steps
Kindly visit your dentist and get an xray to confirm. Also check for high points if any.Take tab ketorol dt 10mg if the severity of pain increases.
Health Tips
Avoid eating on that side which would help reduce the pain. Also avoid having having any sticky or hard foods for the time being.

Nothing to be worried...it will be resolved quickly. It is surely due to the high points of the bridge which need to be reduced . Visit a nearby dental clinic to get it corrected . For symptomatic relief gargle with   warm saline water.

Hello Sir , Welcome to PRACTO . I went through your query , as a Specialist I would like to help you . Upload the image of the bridge and also the xray if possible . That would determine the cause of your discomfort after 1 month. -In general , If there is a hight point in the bridge, it can initiate a pain or pressure but keep in mind that will be from day of the bridge placement and not all of a sudden. - If thats not an issue , sometimes  making a long bridge with less tooth supporting it can be the cause  but it might lead to a failure . - Thirdly unsuccessful root canal. These causes can initiate an uncomfortable state or feeling or pain or pressure upon biting using a bridge . As you are young that a benifit as bone strength will be good and tooths will be firm. kindly post a query to me , with the image of the bridge  along with any xray if you have  .Ill have a  look &  let you know as soon as possible. Till then - - Betadine mouthwash ,Gargle in lukewarm water . 2-3 times a day - Tab Keterol Dt Sos Rest medication and management when I recieve the query and images from you. As I will be needing a confirmation . Do not worry , you will be fine. I will be waiting . Thank's A lot.
Health Tips
Avoid biting hard foods for now . Let me find the cause first . I will guide you accordingly.
