Breathing problems
Don't get enough oxygen while inhaling , breathing increase after getting stressed. This problem facing since 2 years. I am 37 year old and I have low Hb . Knee joint pain , back pain , neck pain , low strength and energy , tiredness, hair loss are also some measure problems which I will facing .

Madam there could be several problems here or one illness causing all these symptoms. It would be better that you have a detailed consult with some doctor. You would have to find the cause of anemia and then also look for any rheumatological cause of of your ailments.
