Breathing problem.
I feel suffocated, partially breathing through nose ,excessive tiredness .My septoplasty and Turbinoplasty was done before 24 days. My ent surgeon is saying surgery part is fine. What may be the solution.

Your nasal stuffiness could be due to nasal allergy. Surgery cannot cure allergies. They will only remove the mechanical obstruction to breathing. However it’s still too early to comment on the patency of airway as it has been only 24days. If you have nasal allergies as well start 1. Austril (Fluticasone Ft) Nasal Spray 2 puffs (in each nostril) twice a day. (To be taken leaning forward from the neck) for 15 days and sos. 2. Saline nasal drops( nasoclear nasal drops)/ saline nasal douching for 15 days

Also do alternate nostril pranayam breathing exercises and brahmari pranayam.
