You should immediately visit a Specialist in General Medicine for physical consultation as initially you need proper clinical examination to differentiate between the causes of your symptoms. If this is not sufficient, then you may have to do Chest X Ray , TMT and if necessary, even Cardiac CT. He can guide you properly if you need consultation with any other specialist.

Hello ! I hope you are keeping fine. Do u have any fever, throt pain or travelling history ? If yes u should firstly get tested for COVID 19. But if no, you plz send me the detailed reports of all the investigations u have already gone through. The report is ok but the main issue is your body weight. Excess Adipose tissue puts pressure on almost all organs which specially affect the liver, lungs and GIT. Since you are already taking rosuvas, so your lipids would be okay. But u should consult a cardiologist. In my opinion, you should start exercising at home. A little warm up and core exercises to start with. Your aim should be to reduce weight and all the things will soon fall in line.
Next Steps
Start exercising at home.
