Breathing issue
I face breathing issues from nose . CT SCAN of nose reveals-
1.)mild mucosal thickening in bilateral maxillary sinuses.
2.) nasopharyngeal tosnil enlarged
3.) nasal septum deviated towards left side with spur formation on right side.
The doctor has prescribed me fluticon ft nasal spray
APART from these what should be done , should is use steam inhalation , or any other yoga or saline wash ,.what precautions should be taken.

The deviation in nasal septum can only be corrected by surgery but the other things like mucosal thickening, tonsil enlargement etc can be dealt medically.
