I am 26 years old and my lifestyle is sedentary, but have a control over junk foods. Only home made cooked food is prefered. And my weight is aroung 65-68 KG. In last 5 months, i had faced breathing issue for 4 times , when i climb stairs or when carrying some medium weight while climbing the stairs. I felt dry nose, breathing issue and anxiety, after taking a rest for 10 minutes the issue disappears. This happened again with on 02.01.2023, when i had my lunch and climbed stairs, i felt of right side nose got blocked and dry and again felt anxious and breathing issue. I do not why it is happening. I do not smoke or drink. Never had a covid infection. But in this all issues i am having a persistent problem of stomach like heaviness in lower abdomen, but no pain. My Spo2 is 97-98% most of the time while i check, heart rate sometime flacuates and reached till 144 bpm for a light 100 m walk. Is this issue i am facing is common or something serious?.
