I am facing breathing issue from last one month and it is seeming like chest is blocked and when i exhale small sound is coming

You will need to undergo a detailed examination and investigation like chest x ray and pulmonary function test which is needed for the diagnosis as well as to assess severity of bronchitis based on which treatment can be started. Hi
It seems you have airway disease... Probably might be bronchitis. But we need to assess the level of the problem. For that you need a test named spirometry. That will tell how much your airway is affected. So consult your pulmonologist with spirometry test.
