Hi, I’ve noticed that I seem to be producing more breast milk than my baby needs, and it often leaks or sprays out, My baby also seems to struggle during feedings, like the flow is too fast, Due to this my baby refusing to drink milk as it comes tooo fast, baby couldn't able to drink it...any solution?

Hi,seems you are getting embarrassed due to milk leakage and baby is also struggling due to fast flow..you can either express little bit of milk so that the flow is not fast for baby ,or feed the baby in upright position.if you come to our breastfeeding clinic.we will demonstrate various positions and will discuss in detail..you are doing good work by breastfeeding your baby..,Dr Mangala Wani

Express some milk first and then start feeding the baby
