Care AI Shimmer
Breast fullness and pain during weaning is common as your milk supply slows down gradually.
Next Steps
Express just enough milk by hand to relieve pressure, not to empty fully, and reduce feeds gradually over a couple of weeks.
Health Tips
If you notice redness, fever, or a hard painful lump, see your doctor promptly to rule out mastitis.
