A physical examination of the breast by a Gynaecologist will be required. It could be mastitis or even an abscess.

U should feed your baby in proper position.whole areola should covered by baby's mouth so that her soft palat will touch your nipple and will not damage it while feeding. You should feed your baby from both breast alternatively.and if there is signs of infection like radness and pain then please consult your gynec.
