Hi, Breastfeeding causes weight loss,it's true ..but that doesn't mean you will stop breastfeeding. There can be other reasons for weight loss. Consume high protein and high calorie diet with adequate physical activity and optimal rest. Optimal rest is essential for body mentally and physically.
