I was breast feeding to my 3.1 years kid. As doctors advised breast feed will not cause ovulation and hence there won't be conception. I have concern like if there are no ovulation happens during breastfeed, then how monthly regular period is happening? Please advice on this.

It is not mandatory that u will not ovalute while breastfeeding
you can be pregnant
if you are not looking for getting pregnant you need to use a method of contraception
Its not like that. Lactational amenorrhea doesn't work that way. First 6 months from conception remains a period of amenorrhea. But as long as menstruation starts, ovulation cycle also follows.
