Breast soreness
Is it common to have heavy and painful breasts before periods? My left breast feels heavy and sore every month. It is fine after the 2nd day of cycle. The left breast also has an inverted nipple that comes out on arousal or when teased. Chkd with many gynacs and was told it is normal and will be out on delivery. I just got married and my cycles are normal but anxious and am sure that my hormones are not in grt shape. Pls advise.

Breast pain around d time of periods is pms .. and unless quite disturbing u needn't worry bout it..home remedies and if required a paracetamol can be helpful..vit e is known to help Retracted nipples needn't b a concern till u çoncieve..once u reach ur 9th month..nearing delivery or immediately after ur doctor or lactational advisor can help u to understand how to reverse a retracted nipple. Both d symptoms have no causal relationship to each other.. Ur hormones aren't in good shape..i wonder why u mentioned that..if u have irregular cycles or issues like that u can go ahead and consult a gynecologist and discuss d need for ultrasound and hormone tests..
