I have a large breast size and they shows veins on it and there skin is like old age peoples skin and. now my breast nipples are too large from two days

Hello size of the Breast is due to breast tissue fat accumulation. Are you on obese side. Breast measurements large or small are in taken into consideration as per the body waist hip ratio or anthropometric measurements. So you wish to reduce breast size then reduce overall weight. I don’t know your weight etc . Secondly don’t go for any surgical correction as it’s not advisable. Are you married or single. Lot of issues and hormonal changes determine breast size .
