I want help for my sister,
She is 19 now nd she don't have breast...
Some adviced her to eat dry coconut n many more....
Plz help my sister to overcome this prblm...

Under development of breast in 19 years old girl may be due to under functioning of Female hormones.
She needs to be assessed and to be treated accordingly.
If female hormones are alright by lab tests and if she is surgically fit breast enlargement cosmotic surgery can be planned for her.
