Breast pain
Today I done self breast check as I notice white discharge just while press my breast and pain in my breast..and my period is coming...still 8days more
While checking I noticed a wound in my underarm...can underarm wound is a symptoms of breast cancer?

Need to see the picture of wound , you can consult
It could be a local infection if it's warm to touch and pus Is there, if from nipple discharge is there whitish , then get your prolactin levels checked , any fever ?

Do you have any family history of breast cancer at a young age?
If not it is unlikely to be cancer but to be sure you can get a mammogram
And from when have you noticed this white discharge?
You can also get your hormone levels checked

Yes , discharge or underarm lymph node swelling can be early signs of Breast cancer and needs assessment .
Do u have family history of breast Ca?
Do u have done self breast exam ?
Do u have found any nodule , lump ?
Is there any change in size and texture of nipple/ areola ? Or change in skin texture.
It can be early signs , including any watery discharge from nipples and should not ne ignored.
Tenderness can be due to underlying abscess/pus or infection.do u have fever or any other complaints or on any other harmonal medications or contraceptive pills.consult me here on practo. You can consult now also.
