Breast milk supply

My baby is two months old...I have started expressing milk for the last two weeks now...I am able to express around 90-100 ml in the morning and the rest of the days it's only 25-30 ml... Also periods have started...How to increase the milk supply?Does periods effect the milk supply?

Why are u expressing milk? Any reason? The more the baby suckled more milk is produced. Periods have started due to inadequate breast feeding. Periods don't effect the milk secretion. Stress reduces milk secretion
