Breast Lump and discharge
Does having a lump and discharge from one breast means cancer? ... Or these can be symptoms of any other condition too.. Am a 26 year old women and haven't given birth to any child. Please advise on possible conditions.. Thank you

Need to have the symptoms in detail. Associated pain,fever,etc are important. Not all breast lumps are cancer. Detail examination is needed from a general surgeon. Ultrasonography of the breast will be helpful.

First we need to know how did the swelling begun and where the swelling is exactly and whether the swelling is soft or hard , discharge colour and do u have any lymph nodes in the axilla ??? The above symptoms what u have said doesnt mean u have cancer but unless u answer to all the above questions and the swelling is clinically palpated and investigations done cancer can be ruled out...

it does  not necessarily  means  cancer as these are symptoms  in other  benign  that is....noncancerous  breast  diseases.

you need  a  proper  clinical examination  by a surgeon. geta sonomammography both breast and  axilla  done.get FNAC  of breast  lump
