Breast Lactating
My wife is lactating from past 5 days but she is not pregnant. She is having her periods on time.her breasts feels heavy and it's paining. Is it a matter of concern should we visit a doctor?she had thyroid and pros and her prolactin level is on little higher side.

Does she have any other complaints like headaches or difficulty in seeing like blurred. Its better to get evaluated by an endocrinologist

Milk discharge  when not pregnant is not normal. Take medicine for raised prolactin level, it could  be due to this too.
