It could be due to hormonal changes Please don't worry.
Health Tips
To alleviate breast heaviness, try home remedies like applying warm compresses, wearing a well-fitting bra, avoiding tight clothing, massaging the breasts with gentle circular motions, taking magnesium or vitamin E supplements, drinking dandelion root tea, and practicing relaxation techniques like deep breathing or yoga to reduce stress and hormonal fluctuations.

It’s common for breasts to feel heavier, tender, or slightly swollen due to hormonal changes, especially in the second half of the menstrual cycle (luteal phase), which starts after ovulation. Since your period is about 13-14 days away, this could be due to hormonal fluctuations, particularly increased progesterone levels.
Next Steps
However, if the discomfort is new, one-sided, or accompanied by other symptoms like redness, warmth, lumps, nipple discharge, or persistent pain, it's best to get it checked by a doctor. Sometimes, issues like cysts, mild infections (mastitis), or even muscle strain can cause similar symptoms.
Health Tips
For now, you can try warm or cold compresses, wearing a supportive bra, and avoiding caffeine and excess salt, which may help with breast tenderness. But if the pain worsens, persists, or you notice any unusual changes, consult a doctor for proper evaluation.
