Breast Feeding
My baby is 2 months old.maximum time when I breastfeed my baby in his sleep he only drinks for4-5 mins and after that if I forcefully try to feed him he tries to vomit. Why is this happening?is 5 mins of breastfeeding is enough for him?

Hi . It will be helpful if you try to wake up your baby while feeding by gently stroking the head or feet. 15-30 min is more sufficient . The vomit is natural at this age but if it keeps on happening frequently, you can visit/book online session so we can assess the vomit .

On an average babies will drink for 15 - 20 min. But you just check whether milk left over in that breast you fed. If no milk is there after feed in that breast and baby gaining weight and passing urine 6-8 times in 24hours it is normal.
