Breast feeding
I am a mother of 21days baby boy. I have an issue with the nipples. It is small and not fully grown. I have been feeding him breast milk since his birth but I sometimes feel that it is not not enough for my child. Would you suggest any way to increase the production of breast milk? I do have balanced diet and I am healthy.

Dear parents, Have a positive attitude, increase in baby weight after one month is only criteria for knowing adequate milk supply or not. I think or feel is of no value Hold the baby in one arm keeping his head at elbow joint and the buttocks in the palm of same arm and feed the baby for 15to20minutes I. Hold the baby outer palm in between the thumb and index finger and press the palm when ever baby sleep or stop feeding. After feeding put the baby on left shoulder and pat just behind stomach level for 5mintues to burpe. Baby burp 3to5times. After burping lay down the baby on right side of baby with a small pillow under the head so that head is above level of stomach . Drink lots of water before breastfeeding and during breast feeding.
