Feeding a newborn
While feeding my newborn I use an automatic pump as well as feed her directly from my breast. My nipples are sore and pain a lot.
Is there anything I use to relieve this pain ? Pls note whatever I use can go directly into the babies mouth while I breast feed.

Can use a silicone nipple shield. But firstly it needs to be examined, preferably by an obstetrician, to look for the presence of cracked nipples and or breast engorgement if pain is significant.
