Breast engorgement
From past 3-4 days i am having pain in the breast..i felt this engorgement earlier as well but with continuous breast feeding it went away on it's own...but now it has turned into a lump even after continuous feeding.i am stl feeding my 4months old baby but pain and lump is still der. I have tried hot water shower and hot water compress as well but nothing seems to work.what to do now?? Kindly help

The first diagnosis for engorgement of breast in a lactating mother is breast abscess. Please consult a Gynaecologist or a General Surgeon in your area for a physical examination and further management
