Hi. It is always better to consult oncosurgeon as they have more experience in the cancer field. They have more knowledge to dissect the adequate number of lymph nodes and on extent of surgery. And further treatment will be based totally on the histopathology report. So it’s better ya consult oncosurgeon.

Surgical oncologist always preferrable than general surgeon. But some general surgeons also will do very good surgeries related to breast.
