Breaking out during isotretinoin
40 days on isotretinoin and still breaking out badly. Taking Daily dosage of 20mg along with minoz od as prescribed by doctor. I'm 30 years old and 50kg weight . What will be the reason?

1, Isotretinoin and Minoz should not be taken simultaneously. 2, Doses of Isotretinoin is less according to your weight. These might be possible reasons for less responsive treatment.

U need specific medicine depends on the grade..Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please  send photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

Do you have lots  of whiteheads or blackheads. Or are you using  any home remedies.
