Break up and depression
I had a break up and I want my boyfriend back. I'm trying but he's too angry to talk. I'm going out of my head.

You haven’t mentioned about the reason for your break up. Give him sometime to cool down. In the meantime you reflect on the reasons, you both reached this stage. Talk to someone who can keep it confidential and get an unbiased opinion.

You haven't mentioned the cause for your break-up and also since how long were you in relationship. Are you intention to patch-up with him and have a long-term relationship; then try to strike a conversation with him by opening your communication with an Apologetic Note (no matter who was at fault). Once opened, then refrain from talking about the past, who was the cause for the break-up, blame-game etc. Start your relationship afresh as if nothing had happened. Once there is a comfort level, you may express your feelings how you missed him etc. AGAIN no post mortem about the past. If you still are not able to directly open communication, ask one of your TRUSTED COMMON FRIENDS to convey what and how you are feeling, only to bring you together to talk. Let your common friend not be your spokesperson (there can be miscommunication) More than all the above, you need to look at your individual priorities such as your education (if you are studying), career (if you are working), your family values etc. that takes precedence to the relationships which may be ambiguous at this point of time.
