There are too many causes for vertigo like BPPV - benign paroxysmal positional vertigo when tiny calcium particles (canaliths) clump up in canals of the inner ear. Ménière’s disease where buildup of fluid and changing pressure in the ear causes vertigo.. labyrinthitis where the inner ear gets infected.. or head or neck injury.. so instead of straight a way jumping into brain tumour, u can better consult a ENT doctor..
