Sir,
My father had brain stroke in 2015,due to that blood clot formed in his brain. We admitted him to the Hospital within 4 hours. There he was in icu for 10 days, then his right side of the body got paralyzed. Now he is taking only normal medicine for BP and Sugar. Is there any treatment for the paralysis..??

No, whatever improvement after stroke can come upto 2 years. After that the deficit is permanent.
