I’m sorry to hear you’re experiencing these symptoms. Given the range of issues you’re describing—difficulty concentrating, memory problems, dull headaches, and facial tension—it could be helpful to consult a few different specialists: Neurologist: They can evaluate your headaches, memory issues, and concentration difficulties to rule out any neurological conditions. Endocrinologist: Since your symptoms seem to improve with dietary changes, it might be worth checking for any hormonal imbalances or metabolic issues. Psychiatrist or Psychologist: Stress, anxiety, and other mental health conditions can also cause similar symptoms. A mental health professional can help assess and manage these aspects. Nutritionist: They can help you understand how your diet might be affecting your symptoms and suggest dietary adjustments. It’s important to get a comprehensive evaluation to determine the underlying cause of your symptoms. In the meantime, maintaining a balanced diet, staying hydrated, and ensuring you get enough rest might help alleviate some of your discomfort. Would you like more information on any of these specialists or tips on managing your symptoms?
