For very simple cases even removable appliances costing around 5000 would work. Braces start from around 18000 upward. Clear aligners which work like braces can cost upto rs 5,00,000 ( for the best international brand) depending on brand and complexity. Many types of braces available. Your orthodontist can guide you depending on your requirements and budget All Standard braces work well. There are very cheap versions available which might not work as well.

Hi, orthodontia (or the science to correct mal aligned teeth) has seen tremendous development and innovations in recent times. As a result today apart from the traditional metal braces there are various other options like ceramic braces, lingual braces (invisible braces), self ligating braces, clear aligner therapy etc. Depending on the complexity of your problem and your aesthetic requirements your orthodontist will help you choose the best possible option. As far as cost is concerned it will depend on the appliance you choose, complexity & duration of treatment, experience of the orthodontist in treating such cases etc. Best to schedule a visit to an orthodontist and discuss everything in detail. All the best.

Orthodontic treatment can be achieved by braces or clear aligners. Braces can be metallic or ceramic in nature and the ceramic braces are costlier mainly because of the aesthetic component and not because they are superior in tooth movement or the final results. The treatment cost for braces can range from 25000 rupees to 80000 rupees depending upon the experience of the dentist as well as the case requirements based on the level of malalignment of the teeth. The better option is clear aligners which are removable and highly aesthetics and patient friendly, but costlier at the same time. Again depending upon the level of malocclusion, the cost of treatment with clear aligners can range from 80000 to 200000 rupees. Please talk to your orthodontists about the case evaluation so that the cost of any treatment that you go for can be explained to you. Regards.
