Since last month i am on telma 40 for BP. It varies between 105/80 - 135/100. My systollic is generally normal below 130 mostly but disollic is sometimes 90 or 95 or 100.
Is there a need to change or take more medication or should i continue with telma 40 ?

If majority if the readings are below 130/90 then no need to change medicines. Focus on your lifestyle modifications. If majority readings are above the mark then you need dose modification
