  4. Bp variation. I continue with telma 40?

Since last month i am on telma 40 for BP. It varies between 105/80 - 135/100. My systollic is generally normal below 130 mostly but disollic is sometimes 90 or 95 or 100. Is there a need to change or take more medication or should i continue with telma 40 ?

If majority if the readings are below 130/90 then no need to change medicines. Focus on your lifestyle modifications. If majority readings are above the mark then you need dose modification

You need to follow lifestyle changes along with medicines. If it's not controlled dose should be adjusted
