  4. BP remaining 80/ 130. Medicines.

I have panic disorder, but I feel like due to BP I feel panic, or by panic my BP goes high till 160. Confused.. Feels like my panic issue is converted to BP. Normal time BP is 130 on higher side... Should I take BP lovering medicines.

No First make a proper diagnosis which requires history & examination If BP is there than lifestyle modifications will help
