Hello there. I can understand your concern. The recordings of blood pressure seem to be normal but i would prefer a recording made by a mercurial blood pressure machine by a physician. The causes of dizziness need not be restricted to blood pressure drop. Certain other disorders like low blood sugar(hypoglycemia), low hemoglobin(anemia) , certain ear and vestibular disorders can also cause this. Kindly consult a ENT specialist for further help. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.

Dear Practo user. Your complaint is dizziness. Causes of dizziness can be different and not only blood pressure. As far as your BP values are concerned they are normal. Blood pressure can fluctuate time to time depending on physical exertion or mental stress. Automatic blood pressure machine gives reading but can be 10% plus or minus errors. Just visit your physician for evaluation of dizziness.
