Bp is fluctuating
Dear Doctor I wanted to know about .my wife is 37 week pregnant today her bp is fluctuating . i checked first its came 150/90 Second time 140/90 Third time 155/90 Fourth time 135/87 Now 125/85 What should i do kindly advice me .

She need to be seen and treated by her obstetrician on an emergency basis. Do not neglect high BP readings in pregnancy. Also digital home monitors may not always give accurate readings.

Need to monitor bp strictly.check urine albumin ,look for pedal edama ,watch for headache ,blurring or vision , vommiting epigastric pain. It better get admitted for observation as she is full term now

You should monitor bp 6 hourly and if reading remain more than 140/90 you should consult a gynaecologist
