I am taking Telma AM one tablet daily in morning for BP,BP Reading is 152/88 in morning today and 164/84 in evening yesterday, feeling weakness , please advise further

Hi, mild fluctuations in blood pressure will be there due to many factors. Reduce salt intake and go walking daily for 30 minutes. If blood pressure is high continuously then consult with doctor.
