Bp is normal   .. If cardiology parameter and blood sugar levels are normal, then for sweating and palpitations u can think of it as hormonal changes ,which is quite perimenopausal age group
Next Steps
rule out thyroid disorder, evaluation of hormonal status , thyroid profile, calcium level  and vitamin D3 status
Health Tips
consult with gynaecologist

BP fluctuations within 120-130/80-90 mmHg are generally mild and may not always require medication. However, since your mother experiences sweating and palpitations, it’s good that you consulted a cardiologist and got necessary tests done. Things to Consider: Prolmet 25 (Metoprolol) is a beta-blocker commonly used for high BP and heart-related issues. It should be taken daily as prescribed and not stopped suddenly. If her BP remains normal for an extended period, consult her doctor before adjusting the dose. Monitor her BP regularly and keep track of any symptoms like dizziness, fatigue, or extremely low BP readings. Lifestyle changes like reducing salt, stress management, and regular exercise can help maintain BP stability. Since BP management is individualized, I suggest a detailed consultation to review her symptoms and medications. You can reach me on WhatsApp at eight zero zero nine eight two one three three two.
