BP flactuation in pregnancy
Hello , I am 33 yrs old and 16weeks pregnant through ivf, currently I am taking lababet 100mg once a day and earlier it was twice a day. After starting 2nd trimester my bp is flactuating when I monitor bp in sitting position its around 113/83 and when monitor in sleeping position its 90/60 and sometimes 90/58. Is there any problem or should i start medicine again twice a day?

BP should be maintained less than 140 / 90
Since BP records are normal and in the sleeping position they are on the lower side
You do not need to make it twice
