16weeks pregnant
I am 16weeks pregnant and since yesterday I caught cold, runny nose and pain in throat while spitting or gulping anything. Even in 16w i feel nausea. Whenever I cough, I feel like vomiting and sometimes vomit also. I feel fine in the morning but as soon as I eat or drink again start feeling nausea. In this way I am loosing my appetite. Now don't feel like to drink or eat anything. My question is how to overcome this condition and is it normal to feel nausea/loosing appetite during 4th month of pregnancy?

At 16 weeks you can take  Tab Doxinate  1 tablet twice daily. You can observe precautions like not going to Kitchen,  avoid spicy and fried food, have small frequent meals, look after your hydration. No cause for worry.
