Iam using olmezest h20 tab, my bp also with in control that is always below 140/85This is normal or not? how often check my bp? Pls suggest. Regards.

if this is the level always then its fine but if it increases more than this then medicines needs to be increased. Check your BP daily and keep taking medicines. Nothing to worry. Take proper sleep and be stress free

It should be below 140/90 for adequate control. No need to check repeatedly, just keep going for reguar health checkups as advised by your dr. Can consult me privately to discuss better
