BP you have mentioned is bit higher than the normal,ie systolic. However you can't consider a single reading. You have to record the BP twice daily for a few days.Headache could be due other causes including the BP.Creatinine is slightly elevated but the normal range differs in lab calibration.Grade 1 fatty liver is reversible with a healthy diet avoiding fatty oily foods , alcohol and smoking, exercising regularly for 30 minutes a day to lose weight.

Hello According to your details the cause of your headache might be your blood pressure which is definitely borderline high also stress history mandatory to reach on diagnosis. For your chest pain you have to do an xray chest PA view . Grade 1 fatty liver is not concerned as it might be because of your weight but grade 1 prostatomegaly along with elevated serum creatinine level is a point of concern. It might be due to some infection in the urine tract. So kindly do a urine RM from a pathology centre Adv. Do a complete Kidney function test X ray chest PA view Urine rm Complete blood count PSA And review Till that kindly take Tab. Amlip 5 x bd Tab.tryptomer 10 x hs Review with reports
