Hlo, sir or mam I just checked my BP 2 time in Mercury diamond bp machine My ratio is 110/75. Is it normal or not I'm overweight, too. I'm 100 kg 6 feet 2 inch tall guy I started doing dieting and zyming and running Every day, completing 1100 steps goal and 10 km distance, I covered it by running and walking and jogging Every day, 2 times I do running 1 in the morning and 1 in evening than do gyming 1 hour after running Morning after getup from bed I take 2 dried pulm aluu bukhara and breakfast I take oats with milk with adding Pomegranate.papaya. carrot. Beetroot.apple with adding honey and almonds half bowl same fruits  than I take greentea Lunch I take 3 chapati with boil vegetables Evening I go gyming and running. Than I come take Chinnamon stick tea with adding honey Dinner half cup brown rice with boil vegetables and salad with 1 egg amlet. Than go for mine brisk walking 25 min
