Recently I started going office and after a week or so going to office I started experiencing problems with my bowel movements basically the stools are not firm and they are sticky. I have searched through internet and found it may be because of change of my routine so please suggest me what can I do to improve my health. Waiting for your prompt reply.

As it is only a week, mostly this is related to stress/new environment which has caused changes in bowel habits. This is primarily because there is what we call "Gut-Brain axis" - which mean relation between brain and intestines. This may be transient and take things easily. It needs evaluation if the symptoms continue. I would suggest you to take probiotics -which will help.
