Dear sir /mam
Is it normal to have 3/4 bowel movements a day? At age of 59 I am suffering from diabetes and BP and have back pain if I hungry for long time my back pain is a lot. If I stress or anxiety back pain is possible very tired for this issue please help me.

If no weight loss, and they are not watery or bloody...3 or 4 stools may be normal. But this may point towards ur bad sugar control sometimes...
Backache could be referred pain of acidity..have pantop 40mg once daily for 10 days along with calcium 500mg tablet once daily
