Hello. My son has tooth decay in front 4 teeth as he used to feed alot during sleep. Night feeding is reduced now but the tooth decay is looking bad. Plz guide what can be done to prevent it from spreading.

Please visit a near by pedodontist immediately because a delay in treatment can cause damage to the tooth that will replace them.. If the decay is mild filling it wil work but if destruction is more a RCT that's done in children will be done...

Get your child in a habit of brushing teeth once in morning and once in night.. If not possible then clean the child's mouth after feeding anything with brush or oral wipe.
Try to get rid of bottle feeding as soon as possible and visit any dentist nearby you after clinic visit dentist can help you out with the different treatment procedures. Visiting a pedodontist will be the best option.
Performing Treatment procedures in such young child will be a challenging task so.. if possible go for conservative treatment only.
