Both knee pained badly
Not even able to sit and stand up having lots of pain and also when I move my knee I can feel some bones vibration by tuching it by palm both knee have same problem and also when I sit on a strait chair timely it automatically pained badly... What to do

At the age of 25 this sound and pain is unsual to reach to any conclusion either we need to physically examine knee or needs some diagnostic test my sincere advice is u should see an experienced, qualified and registered physiotherapist as soon as possible.
