I am suffering from knee pain from last two yrs,some swelling is also observed,some deformation of knee bone is also observed.Dificult to climb on stairs.

Hello there At the age of 59 normally some wear and tear degeneration of knee joint occours....however it would be helpful if you could upload the Xray of your knees so as to have a proper idea regarding any other problems and deformity. Also what all medications and exercises you did and were they of any help to you? Regards
