Both Horizontal impacted wisdom tooth
I am suffering from Bruxism since past 18 months which has affected my life badly. A well reputed dentist checked my X Ray and told me to get CBCT done for wisdom teeth. But then he honestly said that in my case horizontal wisdom teeth extraction is not possible since it is resting on mandibular nerve and there are high chances of facial parathesia. I am posting here just if I can get help by any chance. Attaching X Ray and CBCT result here. Thank you.

Good evening, The top causes for bruxism as per current scientific evidence are - 1. Sleep disturbance / disorders 2. Stress 3. Irritation from wisdom teeth In your case first two factors are there are not, you need to say. However, you may get the upper right wisdom tooth removed for now,  which is quite simple (this might even solve your bruxism issue by chance and there is no harm in trying).  In case lower right wisdom tooth is visible in your mouth and causing you trouble then you may get it removed and that should be enough. If it is not visible in your mouth and not causing you trouble,  you may wait. The left side upper and lower wisdom teeth need not be removed as they are deeply stuck in bone and will not cause you harm in any ways.  It is not responsible for your bruxism also.
Next Steps
1. Get your upper right wisdom tooth removed asap. 2. Set right your life style -  sleep early,  sleep well and sleep deep. you should not sleep late,  should not be having disturbed sleep or get up frequently in the night. 3. Take care of your stress,  if you have it.  try doing meditation using a beautiful free app called "heart in tune" app to deal  with stress.
Health Tips
in worse case scenario if you have to get your lower right wisdom tooth removed and you end up having numbness of lower half of face/jaw, you may visit a laser specialist who can do photobiomodulation using lasers and cure your paresthesia. I have cured several people of paresthesia using lasers. all the best

Bruxism is conscious or unconscious grinding of teeth mostly at night (or sometimes during the day). It is mostly due to stress or anxiety. For bruxism you can get a night guard made and use it. If the third molars are currently asymptomatic leave them alone.
